• Shipping & Delivery
• In the case of any damage to a Product during the time of shipping of a product, we offer an exchange on the product. Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. If any damage looks to have been made by the customer the product exchange/refund will be void.



• Return Policy
• UPDATE – No cash Refunds on Sale Items. Only an exchange for a different product model. Product returns within 15 days: Merchandise must be received in our warehouse in new or like new condition! Send us an email with all of the shipping information to contact@xstreammusicproducts.com unfortunately; we cannot refund any of your shipping charges. All orders that are returned are assessed with a 5% fee to cover restocking/refurbishing fee as well as merchant refund fees. Order shipments that have been refused are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Product exchange within 15 days: We only exchange product type with matching product type. There is only a one time exchange. Call if you have any questions. Product must be received in our building in new or like new condition! Your return will be processed within 3 days once it is received. Your merchandise refund will be posted to your credit card within 7 days.
